This is the big one folks…… Yes, it’s The Kingcats!

The Kingcats are Surrey Jive’s favourite band and they have sold out at Ruby’s for the last 3 years! Just knowing they are taking the stage leaves you with a feeling of anticipation and excitement. These guys ouse class, with Bill Crittenden’s smooth vocals and the electrifying Jim Hammond on keyboards you had better pace yourself, because you won’t want to leave the dance floor. The Kingcats really are the best of the best!

In between sets Shakin Shep (Surrey Jive’s resident DJ) will be playing from his huge collection of ‘Red Hot and Blue’ floor fillers that include RnB, Rock n’ Roll, Rockabilly and Jump Jive. So, don’t forget to say you heard it first at Ruby’s ‘The Home of Happy Feet.’

Our dances are well attended, and you will find a warm and friendly atmosphere to greet you. Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall, Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2BE has a large sprung dance floor, licensed bar and large free car park. The hall is situated close to the M25.
